This product is advertised as as a Windows 7 PC with XP Pro downgrade. However, that is not the case. XP is not included and you cannot install it. I've been on the phone with support, and they were absolutely no help. I follwed the tech's instructions, which were to make a set of backup discs (a good hour), the perform a complete restore back to factory defaults (another good hour). And it did not even work. There is no XP on these machines. Beware of false advertising.
