I looked at this phone, Panasonic, Vtech, GE and Uniden. The AT & T, it seemed good grades to get anywhere. I also saw at the store to get my hands on some phones. Panasonic's bit bulky, but it seems pretty solid phone. I wanted something a little smoother, but not so minimalist VTECH phones. This was to buy AT & T SL82408 - cordless phone with caller ID and voice mail for best price, great compromises. Use them within 2 weeks, and no major problems. The range is decent. I have two floors, 2500 sq. ft. house with a decent yard back, and I have no problems. (I'm not in the street tried yet). As for ergonomics, I can not hold the phone between ear and shoulder without falling out or are not able to hear the phone. (Only I can not). Blue LED display AT & T SL82408 - cordless phone w / call waiting caller ID and answering machine price cap, which is very cool. After only 3 months use, a phone was defective. I have AT & T SL82408 - Cordless phone call called caller ID and answering system price, AT & T to replace a faulty phone. They told me to pay back the entire system and wait 30 days for a replacement. I asked again and again, just the defective part, because I could not be in a month without a telephone and answering machine. They said it was the best thing to me would cost to send $ 14.99 to a new unit, and I could throw a broken phone in the trash. I have AT & T SL82408 - cordless phone w / call waiting caller ID and answering system asking price to speak to a supervisor, but they are allegedly tied all (I suspect many other dissatisfied customers), I asked for the manager of the Customer speak but he said their leaders do not speak with customers

For many years I had 3 different brands of cordless phones. Panasonic, which cost $ 280, but died within 2 years. This phone is the best phone ever had. She had been 960 to buy AT & T SL82408 - cordless phone with caller ID and voice mail for best price, 2.8 GHz and 5.8 GHz Phoe and none of them compare to this. Very clear and loud reception almost like a telephone receiver -. No "big room echo sound up the phone for a walk outside the house taken about 100 meters and had a great reception cell phones are light and have excellent illuminated keys..
