Our very reliable, but aging family point-and-shoot Canon has recently bitten the dust after 7 years of active service. We had a budget of difficult questions, I was looking for new cameras $ 100. After much research (you name the site, I doubt Canon PowerShot A495 is interesting to watch), and even some local stores and research spent about two hours and test each device in the range of $ 100 - $ 150, and finally stopped A495. I bought it for $ 110.
I took it through real tests during the last week. I am less than more than the average photographer, with his photo "career" Miranda 35 mm and 35 mm Pentax has begun (as the quality of the camera) a few decades ago. I used many, many cameras Canon PowerShot A495 price over the years, including many digital cameras, and I must say that so far I am impressed with this little Canon!
In the window I shot some pictures in the morning sun, butterfly release, which I received some excellent macro shots. Later that day I took 100 pictures in the field day with my daughter, where I have taken steps to ensure appropriate action shot after shot (only pre-plan/compose and pre-commissioning to the point where you get a chance), made some videos of above-average video and sound, and then a few interior shots went bowling in the evening. I have not yet experienced night shots, and I'm still getting used to the camera, but I have some great stuff so far!
I would recommend the Canon A495. If you $ 175 + on, it can pass Canon PowerShot A495 b-value of e, are way better, but I do not see how you approach it in a better camera for all that to get all As. In fact, I am also more expensive cameras in the order of $ 200 check just for fun, as I looked, and found that few of them were as good as that.
I do not intend to buy a Canon set for sure, but I have no qualms about the first I've heard a lot of time and used Canon for many years, and nothing but good job with them. First I heard that I have years of solid service without any problems and I expect nothing less this is not the price of Canon PowerShot A495 it. Read the instructions, take the information to heart when you take pictures, and you will not be disappointed.
BOTTOM LINE - I can not recommend this unit highly enough. I'm pretty Canon PowerShot A495 price honestly do not understand how to find the best prices.
