I've read dozens of reviews before buying this player, so I expected a few aligned and realized that the player will not support some of my files. As a little art nerd, I thought I could circumvent many of these problems and I can not. Here are some problems that I (and others) fell into the hands and I said to them: First, the player does not support DivX and WMV. This is very annoying, but I'm D-Link MediaLounge DSM-320 prices found sollutions play two DivX files. If the file is small, you can use it in about 2 MPG with the free video codec TMPG. I have a lot of half an hour length TV shows in Divx encoding and is able to convert to about 8 - 10 minutes each. The second option is Nero Home Media Server, the files on the fly encryption to use, how to play D-Link DSM-320 MediaLounge over the price of Dlink. It is very convenient for large files or if you do not want to make time to spend a large library of files transcode. The only downside is that there is significant CPU resources is done so if you do not use a ton of memory and want your computer at the same time, you may be disappointed. None of the above corrections are with the WMV files work. D-Link, it will be solved with a future firmware version, but if download video files from places like MLB.tv you connect to your computer or your TV to display it. The ability to stream baseball games to a TV without using a computer was one of the main reasons I got the player so that I especially am excited non-fiction. The second question I stumbled on this "trial and error play some supported movie files (AVI, MPG) . I often get "file not supported" error message, even during the video-style D-Link MediaLounge DSM-320 L Price plays in the background. I was not able to work this yet, but I know that has nothing to do with the files themselves, as I often able to play the files just for one day and then I get an error message every five minutes. It is likely that it has something to do with the wireless network. Currently my Dlink is the only device on the network and the wireless router is only 8 feet at 54 Mbps stream. I refuse to even try the wireless connection, as I see it as defeatist. The whole idea with a device like this, that the files on your computer, probably in your office or cave to play a home entertainment center, buy a D-Link DSM MediaLounge-320 for the best price your living room. Devices like this that should be used wirelessly. My only problem with the sound that the device is not my WMA files play without a loss. It was not a big deal for me because it is encrypted is less than 10% of my files to the D-Link DSM MediaLounge-320 prices in this extremely high bitrate, and I was able to easilly re encode them into the still high, but the game speed .
