for price there is no comparision even camers's which are 250$ or more cannot match it.It has nice video recording with ausio unlike all other in its class which offer no audio at all. My only complain it does not have any optical viewfinder. And one more thing i cannot comment on its reliabiliy because its been only one day since i have the camera but for price i would definately take the chance lets hope for the best.Overall a Great camera with minor bugs.

This is a great camera for first time users. Very easy to use and understand. Many extras that only come with expensive cameras.Ability to order paper straight from camera using wireless technology. This is not a camera for professionals but a great camera for those that want to get into photography and what to take some nice pics.

I am very pleased with it. It takes so beautiful pictures.
It is very easy to use, no complicated menu. I Like the separate buttons for picture and video taking. It has built in basic video effects but i did not use them.
There is one thing that i really don't like is that in video mode, if surrounding sound is low, like speech or something like that, then it chops the sound. But on the other hand it does not chop the sound when the noise or sound is loud. I used it on some techno party, it did not distorted the sound at all!
The big plus i give for optical zoom. It is only 3 times but for this price it is awesome!

We were looking for an affordable yet good quality photo camera. We were not looking for alot of "bells and whistles" but got some great ones in this easy to use light weight compact camera.
The Cd that comes with the camera has the manual and software with it. The downside to this is it takes a long time to load into your computer and everytime you turn your computer on it tends to slow down the start up time.
This camera is very natural to use, I didn't even need the quick reference guide or on cd manual to start using it. I found a great little camera case that allows me to wear the camera on my belt for ease of carrying.
The photo quality is great (we use them on our website) and the movie function is a great little bonus.
Batteries do get eaten quickly do to the LCD screen but we bought some rechargables and carry an extra set around with us. I Highly recommend this camera for price, quality and ease of use.

I looked at numerous cameras and this one had the best picture out of many. The only cameras that beat out the quality of picture were up in the $500 range. Very easy to turn on, take pictures and download to CPU. It doesnt have all the nice features that some ppl want in cameras, but for me, I bought it to take pictures, and it does that exceptionally well.
For $150, you cant beat this deal, no other camera I looked at, even $250 ones compared to this one.

If you like to get spur of the moment photos and video, this camera is not for you!!! The 3 most enjoying messages this camera constantly display is:

1. Charging flash
2. Processing
3. Batteries to low to take picture

I had the older model which was much better and more dependable.

I have a 2 year old child and have missed more pictures that I care to think about....HP please get your stuff together before putting you bad product on the market.

P.S. I do have an HP PC that I love.

This was my Mothers Day gift and I just love it the only thing I would like to change is the fact that it has no speakers so when you record a video you have to wait to download it onto your computer before you can hear the audio portion of the clip.
