We bought the unit less than a year ago, and I'm going on my third. The first unit price Humax DRT400 crashed all the time. Replacement not "refurbished" unit burn DVD correctly. I'm not sure what I spend more money to get another unit from Humax, which is known to have problems.

If you are from the first 90 days, wants to Humax to $ 50.00 fee we will send you a "refurbished" unit, which may not function correctly. If you are over the age of 1 year from initial purchase, they want $ 210.00 fee.

I'll add that the time until I spent on the phone with customer service, and I would like I bought a regular Tivo and a separate DVD burner Humax DRT400 prices.

all you heard about the positive Tivo is true. We had (have) several pieces of Tivo and all prices Humax DRT400 a great job. This device is a known problem with the remote (Google Humax TiVo remote control problems) - and you will find all types of notes. Humax acknolwedges questions and send a replacement unit in automatic mode - but do not offer a refund (to the field for the return of the branch to keep). Buy Humax DRT400 for a better unit price of the replacement (2 or more) have exactly the same question. Tivo - yes, this unit - not

I noticed this problem with the remote response as soon as I downloaded the update, you need to get on the Humax. It makes it so that the device does not respond as well as a remote control. I know that this is not my remote control because I DRT400 the Humax is the best price to buy a problem with the original remote, and the Logitech Harmony remote that I have. What really convinced me that I called Humax technical support and they told me that the problem is actually with the software and that they are currently working on a patch to fix it. This aggravates me is unbelievable. The last thing I wanted was to buy this thing from Best Buy, both at 500.00 and then run the Humax DRT400 prices in this issue of the problem. The second problem I have is that I bought a lifetime membership in the Tivo for the extra 399.00 and lasts only for the current device to have. When switching units, cancel the contract for lifetime membership. If I could do it again, I would definitely buy a new one. Now I have to deal only with this remote control nonsense, a prayer that she was saying with this "patch. I do not blame Best Buy at all, though was the branch manager told me, n o Humax DRT400 prices regard to this issue. Do yourself a favor and do not buy this unit.

I am a newcomer to the world of Tivo and did not know what to expect from each system, but I am very happy with my Humax Tivo / DVD-R. Very easy to install! There were some problems with the first connection Tivo, but it was a problem with my VOIP phone company to a Humax DRT400 the best price (Vonage) to buy. Hooked on Tivo has in the good old analog phone line and everything worked. I am so Tivo connected to my home network and it works great! Connect Linksys USB Ethernet Adapter with zero problems. Burn DVD-ROM drive is a breeze, too. Insert the DVD, select the desired program burned, and that's it!

As a newcomer to the world of Tivo compare with anything DRT400 Humax Humax price to, I love it! I would recommend it to anyone.

If a working product, while I directed not support the method that the prices of Humax DRT400 caused failure to initiate. Now they want $ 210 for the unit with a rebuilt unit and replace lost subscription life TIVO!

I'm tired of having a VCR record prices and Humax DRT400 countless empty cartridge on my favorite shows and sports teams. With TiVo I never worry about the order, and I want to show I can burn to DVD and store easily. Programming, the record shows, and shows the DVD burning has never been so easy if you can not accept advertising, but you can only pass to the front of them, no big deal. Definitely see car prices Humax DRT400 if you do not have TiVo and think always one.

Although my first product Tivo, Humax DRT400 price this product is really good. It seems that it sometimes shows problems when stored on DVD ("internal software error that need to resolve a restart) and I really wish the hard drive was bigger. Leads However, as advertised. Overall I am very satisfied with this product .
