If you're looking for heart-thumping bass, this is not the sub for you (what do you expect from a 6.5" driver?). This sub is perfect if you're looking for a sub that:
1) takes up very little space
2) adds depth to your existing speakers
I wanted fuller sound out of my car audio system, and this was perfect! It wasn't quite small enough to fit under the seat in my G35, but I managed to mount it on the passenger-side floor. Installation was a breeze because it draws power from the same wire as my head unit. I didn't have to run an amp kit through the firewall to my car battery, and I didn't have to get to the trunk since it sits in the cabin area.
The power is very impressive for being only 6.5" (it helps that the sub is in the cabin area of my car). I don't even have the gain turned up very high. The remote is extremely handy, as I can easily adjust the gain as well as the frequency crossover without messing with my head unit.
I have no complaints about this product. It's perfect for my needs!!!
