I shopped MP3's for a long time, because I did not what the expense and complexity of iPod. Liked the Latte for the price, size, FM receiver and the sound was very good, until it stopped working altogether after just 6-months of very light use. WHAT'S WORSE, Latte Communications in San Jose appears to be nothing but a 'front', because all my inquiries to get some assistance on my WARRANTY have met with no reponse online and repeated 30-minute hold times on the phone before I have had to give up and do my job. In an electronic, E-nabled world, NO RESPONSE = BAD PRESS Latte people...Heck, even when you 'dial 2 for SALES', nobody answers. Great business model.
