I recently bought this webcam and I am very disappointed Microsoft LifeCam Show prices with him. I wanted the best audio and video available. The first time I bought a Logitech Pro 9000, but it was not compatible with my system. So I returned that for Microsoft LifeCam Show. Nowhere are they ever mention the rate of the video. I think that because the record on, maybe 8 frames per second. Industry standard is 30 frames per second in some even up to 60 frames per second, and they cost less than half the price of a $ 100 piece of crap. I also noticed that if you have a complaint department, it is certainly difficult to find. Guess someone because they know about the crappy over-priced products are Microsoft LifeCam Show is underselling, and when their money, they do not care as they know, disappointed you'r Microsoft LifeCam Show will be e-value.
