I made more than 1500 images of the end of December, and I am very, very happy.
Pentax has a great job designing a small, lightweight, easy to carry and easy to use DSLR, Pentax KX-oriented digital SLR beginners cost. On the other hand, I am not a novice, and then enjoy. (My other is a digital SLR all metal, weather K-7 with a wide range of manual controls. Different tools for different tasks sealed.)
KX is ideal for interior scenes, especially with baby twins. They move with incredible speed and the camera allows me to compete with their antics and the forehand. I consider myself to focus on the center and do not worry - the picture on the site. I can not comment extensively on the performance of the outside and I'm not a big fan of winter in Wisconsin. I used it in the south of Frost (AA lithium) without problems, however.
Although the guide, I'm used to the camera controls (aperture, shutter speed, RAW / JPEG, etc.), a quick menu (the INFO button) from the KX fast and simple enough for me content.
Viewfinder clear winner, especially when comparing the same price range of other offerings.
