I had no idea that this scanner would last so long, during the scanning project described above I was putting stacks of 20 to 30 pages at a time into it that were uneven, had scotch tape on them, frayed edges, and experienced extremely minimal feeding problems. The scanner was continually running for over 5 hours a day. When it had arrived at the office everyone laughed because it was so small and the general feeling was there was no way it would last thorugh the duration of the project. It proved everyone wrong (myself included) and is still functioning the same way it did the day I took it out of the package. One of the best electronic purchase decisions I've ever made.
