We had our players at the expense of the RCA DRC618N almost a year and the only question that the car adapter has a short in itself. It appears from the reviews, I would not have been easier to find another. Our players play burned DVD at home, but I'm not sure what kind of writer we have. I was very satisfied with this player, we experience almost daily.

There is much to great player. We have it (think music, and the children at RCA DRC618N the best price back seat with the movie buy) rating on a recent trip and use it in the car at the hotel (connected to a TV for viewing DVD), and by plane (for the film and music).
The headrest mount is ideal for use in the car. A typical "an open" style of player can not position anywhere in the car, and it solves this problem by the players back headrest. So it is in clear view of all in the back of the car, and best of all, no one should keep it!
He also plays CD and MP3, and we include an FM transmitter (not included with the DVD player included) to him and played music and DVD RCA DRC618N prices sound through the car radio / speakers. Very nice!
