I found this player at best buy for $ 199 for special sales manager. After his home, he takes only 3 minutes from setup to see the film. I have had this BR player for four months. I had to assign some problems with the game discs BR. (Due to a firmware update), I got a message to update the firmware. So I did. He made his players Samsung BD-P1500 price freeze. I called cust. SVC. Told me to send it under warranty. I did. They called me and said that the parts were covered by the warranty but not labor intensive. $ 80.00 up to fix relatevely new unit, and they did not move. I even e-mail Samsung Corp relations with the U.S., and they will not budge. So I told them I would bad mouth Samsung BD-P1500 are prices of their products when all he could. Sony PS3 now ..... BDP-1500 is looking for a great player. This is a very sleek and sexy black, shining with a beautiful sheen. Video playback is very good. The picture quality is super. This bit stream (as well as the BD-P1400, with 2 options: "Remix" or "audiophile") over HDMI all the Samsung BD-P1500 for the best price for Dolby and DTS codecs. Unfortunately, if you can not decode a receiver, the HD formats only standard Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus and DTS core can decode full.
