Purchased out of the box and the flash does not work, this battery and pigs.
I buy the Samsung Digimax S800 for the best price when you transfer. In addition, purchased iSonic DC Snapbox 5Mega 532 $ 74 and it runs circles around the Samsung S800 and Flash works.

I have a DSLR and several point and shoot digital cameras, including Canon G7 and Sony V3. The main reason for me to buy the S800 is its size and price. S800 Clear picture quality is not as good as the images of the V3 Canon G7, but not far from the Sony Pictures. Make sure the ISO set to 1950 to get a good shot.

It's a good thing for the S800 is the MPEG-4 video. The size of MPEG-4 are much smaller than the video format used in digital cameras, Canon, Sony and many other camera manufacturers, you can burn a lot more videos in the Samsung Digimax S800 Memory Card with Price example the same size. This is my third digital camera. Mustek Samsung Digimax S800 price (do not laugh) -> Fuji FinePix -> now Samsung Digimax S800. I am not allowed to see the pictures, but have been adopted, and enough digital pictures developed from my family to have a good chance, a good effort to appreciate and digital camera. It was a great camera if they are not packing a standard AA batteries. I knew a low cost Samsung Digimax S800 battery problem for 15 minutes of use. I took the first camera, thinking it is defective. The second had the same problem.

Standard AA batteries simply can not cope with high loads on the power of this camera is required. The best advice I can give you is to go buy a 2500 mAh NiMH rechargeable battery. An hour of autonomy is still strong.
