I would return this system in five seconds, if not a gift. This is one of the most poorly designed sound system I've seen. I could not work at the price of Sharp CD-SW340 device within a week (without sound), and finally, after several calls, "said Sharp me that you can not use speaker cable extension --- the wires from the speakers and subwoofer MUST directly connected to the main unit. There is no place here to create literally a decent sound quality. All components can be in line (as pictured) in connection with only about 18 "of wire on the back of each piece, and the sound reminds me of my car radio. I can not stress enough idiocy is not capable of additional lines use. Any fool who was Sharp CD SW340-price ever known, the stereo speakers should be from the main unit and from each other, and that the subwoofer should be on a lower level be kept. It is almost impossible here. Maybe You will be surprised if you're twelve and this is your first car radio, but otherwise I do not recommend it at all. buyer beware.
